Eden Roc Resort & Spa 4525 Collins Avenue Suite 139 Miami Beach, FL 33140 305-375-ACTOR RETAINER AGREEEMENT AND SCHEDULE OF FEES A nonrefundable retainer fee of $200 payable to Actors-at-Law, Inc. and this signed agreement are required prior to the initiation of our services. The retainer will be credited at the time of issuance of a final bill. Charges for work performed by any of the professional readers will be billed at a rate of $200 an hour on a portal to portal basis with a two-hour minimum for any one reader. Trial preparation for all witnesses will be billed at a rate of $300 per hour. Payment of all charges for services rendered by Actors-at-Law, Inc. will be the ultimate responsibility of the undersigned. Charges outstanding for over thirty (30) days are subject to interest charges at the monthly rate of 1.5% of the unpaid balance. All checks should be made payable to Actors-at-Law, Inc. Tax I.D. 20-1638561 . If it is necessary for Actors-at-Law, Inc. to retain an attorney in order to enforce any part of this agreement the undersigned agrees to pay attorney fees and costs incurred whether or not a lawsuit is filed.
